This Dumbell Fly works the Inner Chest and Rear Deltoids
This Plate-Loaded Dumbell Fly has more range of motion than a conventional Vertical Fly machine. This makes it ideal for Inner Chest training.

Rear deltoids (back of shoulders) can also be trained by adjusting lever arms and sitting facing machine.
The back rest in this new model can be adjusted forward to support the chest while performing the Reverse Fly and can yet be retracted to support the back while performing the Dumbell Fly.
